Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. The most famously known is that she's anchoring CNN's morning show At This Hour. In the past, she was a co-anchor of the morning program of CNN, New Day as well as The Situation Room. Bolduan was one of CNN s award-winning coverage of the 2012 and 2016 presidential election. She also worked as a reporter in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan, as part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congress and legislative events including negotiations to raise the limit on federal loans and Super Committee discussions. Bolduan was an assignment reporter for general assignments, covering such events as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision on Obamacare. She also covered the government's stimulus plans for 2009. The reporter joined CNN Newsource in 2007. As a national reporter, she covered breaking news and feature reports for more than 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. Ealier she worked with NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She lives in New York City, with her husband and their two kids.
